  • What are your plans once the present program in which you are enrolled draws to a close?

After the Prix de Lausanne, I chose to go to Stuttgart Ballet. I was 17 years old then and that’s why I pondered to choose between schools and companies. At that time, I’ve never lived abroad before and I couldn’t even speak English and I didn’t know the foreign culture. But nevertheless I chose the company and now I realized how much it is important to do it step by step. So now I will go to John Cranko School (from beginning of September, 2016). I believe that this is the way forward.

  • While the Prix de Lausanne cannot continue its financial assistance of your education, do you have a specific question with which you think the Prix de Lausanne might be able to help you?

Prix de Lausanne is giving an amazing experience to me everyday. I learn about experience, I am changing and evolving. That is enough to help me. I want to say thank you so much for your support and the opportunity you gave me.

  •  What advice would you give to future Prix de Lausanne winners to assist them in making their year at their particular company of choice as beneficial as possible?

I would like to say wherever companies, we never know how much it works for you before you experience it. Even if you heard from someone about companies, it is not possible to predict if you will be happy there or not. I just want to say “choose to go where they want you”. This is really important. If you don’t want to go there or if you have to choose, you must know what Director’s style and repertoire are. They each have different plans. If you really look into it before going, then it will be easier for you to make a decision.

  • Anything else you would like to share with the Prix de Lausanne?

I would like to say that I will never give up for my dreams. Dreams come true ! Thank you to the sponsor and the Prix de Lausanne. I must say I felt very emotional spending time with Stuttgart Ballet. I could not believe how good it was. Although I will not stay there, although I will be in school again, I do not think I failed. This opportunity made me realize how much I love to do dance. Thank you so much for your support, I will never forget!
