Dancing Through Time

Dive into the Prix de Lausanne’s photo and video archives, from 1973 to 2024, with this interactive and artistic installation, developed by the Laboratory of Experimental Museology (eM+), EPFL. Accessible throughout the week.

Join us at the Beaulieu Theatre for “Meet the Jury”! Engage with celebrated dance personalities and gain unique insights during this special evening, moderated by Jean-Pierre Pastori, journalist and dance specialist.

Choreographic Evening
05.02.2025 | 6 PM

Watch the Young Creation Award Finals, featuring five young dancers from our partner schools as they perform their original variations. As an interlude, enjoy an exclusive public rehearsal of a new piece by Jessica Lang, created in just one week with 26 dancers from our partner schools, as part of the Partner School Choreographic Project. Lang’s original piece will premiere during the Finals.

Rising Stars
09.02.2025 | 3 PM

Be captivated by the Rising stars of the Prix de Lausanne!
Watch the winning variations by finalists and newly crowned Prize Winners, joined by António Casalinho and Margarita Fernandes. This event also features the two winning Young Creation Award variations and a new piece from the Partner School Choreographic Project, choreographed by Jessica Lang. This 90-minute performance offers a unique opportunity to experience the best of the Prix Lausanne.

Outside Beaulieu

Carte Blanche exhibition
27.01 – 10.02.2025

Unveiling of Clair-obscur (chiaroscuro), a project by photographer Quentin Décaillet, who was granted the carte blanche during the previous Prix de Lausanne competition in 2024. The exhibition will be displayed in large format on Lausanne’s Grand- Pont.
