Gianni Lazzeri

Gianni Lazzeri, an Italian musician, studied music at the Conservatorio di Musica Luigi Cherubini in Florence, where he earned a degree in Piano and Clarinet.

Following his studies, Gianni Lazzeri embarked on a career as a clarinet player at the Teatro Comunale of Florence and as a ballet pianist for the same theatre’s company. Subsequently, he relocated to Switzerland after being engaged by the Schweizerische Ballettberufsschule in Zürich, under the direction of Ljuba and Pierre Dobrievitch.

He worked as a ballet pianist at the Stadttheater Bern, under the direction of Félix Duméril, and at the Balletto di Toscana in Florence, under the direction of Cristina Bozzolini and Mauro Bigonzetti.

Since 2004, Gianni Lazzeri has been working as a ballet pianist at the Tanz Academy Zürich.
