Networking Forum 2018

The Networking Forum was created to provide the opportunity for candidates to connect with Partner schools and companies during the competition week. Partners come to observe candidates during classes on Saturday, February 3^rd. On Sunday, February 4^th, partners and candidates have the chance to meet and discuss potential scholarships or apprenticeships.

This year, we have revised the entire process of the Networking Forum with the aim of making it more efficient and increasing even more the number of offers.

Our first addition is that candidates select partners they are interested in beforehand and can makes changes to their choices throughout the competition week. We also made sure that our Partners will have the time to observe both candidates not selected for the Finals as well as finalists. Partners then make their choices of candidates they are interested in. We try our best to match candidates with their top choices but encourage them to meet other partners that are interested in them. Finally, a more structured schedule for Sunday meetings will take place.

A Networking Forum Stand will be available backstage facilitating exchange of information for candidates and partners.
