Young Creation Award – 2022 Winners

We are incredibly thrilled to have been able to hold a live edition of the Young Creation Award for the first time ever.

5 Finalists have presented their original choreographies to the Jury on Wednesday. Today, after the Finals, the Jury has announced the two winners of this year’s young talented choreographers’s competition:

• Milla Loock with her variation “Cognition“, danced by Anita Ferreira (School of the Hamburg Ballet John Neumeier). Music: ‘Dismantle’ by Peter Sandberg.
• Luca Branca with his variation “Les Ombres du temps“, danced by Yo Nakajima (Princess Grace Academy). Music: ‘Ad Infinitum’ by Vincent Isler.

The two winning choreographies will be added to the Prix de Lausanne 2023 contemporary repertoire. The two young choreographers will have the chance to come and coach the 2023 candidates who will have chosen their variations during the 2023 competition week.
