Dancing Through Time

Dive into the Prix de Lausanne’s photo and video archives, from 1973 to 2025, with this interactive and playful installation, developed by the Laboratory of Experimental Museology (eM+), EPFL. Accessible throughout the week.

Choreographic Evening

Watch the Young Creation Award Finals, featuring five young dancers from our partner schools as they perform their original variations. As an interlude, enjoy an exclusive public rehearsal of a new piece by Edwaard Liang, created in just one week with 26 dancers from our partner schools, as part of the Partner School Choreographic Project. Liang’s original piece will premiere during the Finals.

Watch the winning variations performed by the 2026 Prize Winners and Finalists, as well as the award-winning choreographies of the Young Creation Award. Be enchanted by an original piece by Edwaard Liang, created in just one week as part of the Partner School Choreographic Project. This year’s guest stars Ines McIntosh and Shale Wagman will dazzle you with iconic pas de deux. A true ode to classical and contemporary dance!

 

Carte Blanche exhibition

Unveiling of Instants en mouvement a project by photographer Michael Nyembo, who was granted the carte blanche during the previous Prix de Lausanne competition in 2025. The exhibition will be displayed in large format on Lausanne’s Grand Pont.
