Curriculum Vitae

Former Soloist with the Dresden Semperoper, Teacher at the John Cranko Schule, Stuttgart
Classical teacher for warm-ups for the Prix de Lausanne 2019 – 2022

For me, to be in Lausanne is every year a great joy. This competition is a great opportunity not only for the students, but also for teachers and directors from all over the world to meet, exchange opinions and enjoy all these new beautiful talents. When Kathryn Bradney asked me to come back again to the Prix as a teacher I felt honoured and delighted to be part of the Artistic team.

Nicola did the Scuola di Ballo del Teatro alla Scala and Bolshoi in Moscow and danced with the Zürich Ballett and as a Soloist at the Semperoper Dresden. He also participated in the Professional  Programm for teachers at the National Ballett School of Canada in Toronto (Dir. Mavis Staines) and became a teacher at the Ballett School of Theater Basel (Dir. Amanda Bennett). Since 2006, he is a teacher at the John Cranko School in Stuttgart (Dir. Tadeusz Matacz).
