Mackenzie Brown

Mackenzie Brown was born in Virginia (USA). She received her formal dance training at the Princess Grace Academy in Monaco from which she graduated in 2020. She became a Prize Winner at the Prix de Lausanne 2019, where she was also given the Contemporary Dance Award as well as the Audience Favourite Prize. Mackenzie joined the Stuttgart Ballet in 2020. She was promoted to Demi-Soloist in 2021 and to Soloist in 2022. Some of her repertoire includes Princess Aurora in Marcia Haydée’s Sleeping Beauty, Olga in John Cranko’s Onegin, Bianca in John Cranko’s Taming of the Shrew, Nachtmerrie and Spell on You from Marco Goecke, Blake Works from William Forsythe, Aurora in Aurora’s Nap along with Bliss and Out of Breath from Johan Inger, as well as other solo roles in ballets by renowned choreographers such as Jiří Kylián, Kenneth MacMillan, Hans van Manen, and Jean Christophe Maillot.
