Selected candidates for the Prix de Lausanne 2027

Video Selection Results 

The video selection jury panel, consisting of nine professionals from the dance world, gathered in Lausanne last week to watch all video submissions for the Prix de Lausanne 2027.

412 applicants (293 girls & 119 boys) from 36 countries sent their videos. A total of 72 dancers (41 girls & 31 boys) have been selected via this process, while 9 candidates had already been preselected*.

In total, 81 dancers (49 girls & 32 boys) from 17 countries were selected to participate in the Prix de Lausanne 2027.

The Prix de Lausanne 2027 attracted 647 registrations across all selection rounds held throughout the year.

Every year, the video selections remind us why we do this work: the passion of these young dancers is an immense source of inspiration. I am delighted to welcome the candidates selected for the next edition. We will be by their side with enthusiasm, high standards and kindness throughout this wonderful journey.
