Results – Asia-Pacific Preselection 2024

The Asia-Pacific Preselection 2024, organized by the Prix de Lausanne, took place on 28 and 29 September 2024, for first time in the wonderful city of Macau, in collaboration with SJM Resorts, S.A.

The Asia-Pacific Preselection aims to discover young promising talents and open the doors of the Prix de Lausanne to a few of them. The participants benefit from a week-end of classes and coaching with world-renowned teachers.

We are proud to announce the names of the four talented young dancers selected after this weekend. They have been invited to register and participate in the next Prix de Lausanne, which will be held from February 2 to 9, 2025, at the Beaulieu Theatre in Lausanne. Congratulations to them!

The selected dancers are:

• FUKUMA Yuuhi, Japan, 15.6 years old, Masako Ballet Works (Japan)
• GIDDENS Hamish, New Zealand, 17.2 years old, Convergence Dance Studios (New Zealand)
• LIU Yuanjin, P.R China, 17.10 years old, Shanghai Dance School (P.R China)
• WANG Hanxi, P.R China, 17.11 years old, Shanghai Dance School (P.R China)
