She is a warm and creative yoga teacher with a deep awareness of yoga as a tool to strengthen performance potential, health and a general sense of wellbeing in such a physically demanding profession. The yoga sessions at Prix de Lausanne will include steady postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana). Although the classes are dynamic, Claire encourages a mindful approach in order to explore new physical connections.
