Dancing career

- 1972: born in Ajaccio (Corsica) on March 12th
- 1985: enters the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse in Paris (CNSMDP).

1988: wins the First Prize from the CNSMD and enters the Paris National Opera Ballet School.
- 1990: she starts dancing with the Corps de ballet of the Paris National Opera Ballet (she is only 18)
- 1993: she is appointed Coryphée of the Paris National Opera Ballet.
- 2000: she is appointed Sujet of the Paris National Opera Ballet
- 2003: she is appointed Première danseuse of the Paris National Opera Ballet

2009: on April 16th, after the premiere performance of Onegin (John Cranko) in which she dances Tatiana‘s role, Isabelle Ciaravola is named Danseuse Étoile of the Paris National Opera Ballet.
- 2014: Isabelle Ciaravola officially retires from the Paris National Opera Ballet on February 28th, at the end of a performance of Onegin at the Opéra Garnier. In September of the same year, she becomes a Ballet Teacher at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP).
