It is with great sadness that the Fondation en faveur de l’Art Chorégraphique announces the passing of Franz Blankart.

Franz Blankart was President of the Board of Foundation from 1997 to 2006. Franz Blankart was admired and held the respect of all. We salute his visionary intelligence and his very British sense of humour. He was a skilled negotiator, as well as a valued and clever leader. A devoted President and inspiring person, a humanist statesman, brilliant and thoughtful, Franz left us.
