Daria Klimentova was born in Prague. In 1989, she joined the National Theatre Ballet Company in Prague as a Soloist and after one year was promoted to Principal dancer. In 1992, she joined Cape Town City Ballet in South Africa as Principal. In 1993, she was invited to join the Scottish Ballet as a Principal. In 1996, Daria Klimentová was invited to join English National Ballet as a Principal dancer.
