Preselection Buenos Aires Results

During the Preselection in Buenos Aires the jury evaluated the candidates’ potential to become professional ballet dancers by considering:

• Artistry
• Physical suitability
• Courage and individuality
• An imaginative and sensitive response to the music
• A clear grasp in communicating differing movement dynamics
• Technical facility, control, and coordination.

Carolyne de Freitas Galvao, Eric Figueredo Amancio and Facundo Luqui have been chosen to compete in the 2016 Prix de Lausanne.

They won an all-expense paid trip to the Prix de Lausanne 2016, which will take place in Switzerland in February 2016.

The Prix de Lausanne produced the selection videos of the remaining finalists of the Buenos Aires preselection. They will have the opportunity to be seen again by the video selection jury at the end of October.
