2015 Prix de Lausanne Preselection in Argentina<\/p><\/div>\n

The annual\u00a0Prix de Lausanne\u00a0South American Preselection will take place from September 26th to \u00a0October 3rd, 2014, in Villa Carlos Paz, C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina.<\/p>\n

In the past three years, many candidates selected at the Prix de Lausanne Preselection in Argentina made it all the way to the Prix de Lausanne finals.<\/p>\n

In 2011, Mayara Magri, from Rio de Janeiro, won the first prize and received a scholarship to the Royal Ballet School. She is now in the Corps de Ballet at the Royal Ballet in London. In 2012, Edson Barbosa, also from Rio de Janeiro, won a prize and received a scholarship to the San Francisco Ballet School\u2019s Trainee Program. He is now in the Corps de Ballet at Joffrey Ballet in Boston. Also preselected in Argentina, Adhonay Soares, from Goi\u00e1s,\u00a0won the first prize in 2013. He\u00a0is now training at the John Cranko Schule in Stuttgart, Germany. In 2014, three candidates from South America made it all the way to the finals and were offered multiple\u00a0scholarships through the Prix de Lausanne Networking Forum<\/a>.<\/p>\n
