In 1980 she was a finalist at the Prix de Lausanne. In 1982 she won gold in the Jackson International Ballet Competition and the same year joined The Hamburg Ballet, Director John Neumeier. Gigi Hyatt was fortunate to dance in many ballets choreographed by John Neumeier and to create numerous roles. In 1997 she became ballet mistress and teacher at The Georgia Ballet in the USA where, in 2004, she became Artistic Director. In 2013, Gigi Hyatt returned to Hamburg as Pedagogical Principal and Deputy Director of The School of The Hamburg Ballet.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Gigi Hyatt, membre du jury 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Gigi Hyatt s\u2019est form\u00e9e \u00e0 Berlin avec Tatiana Gsovsky et \u00e0 Munich avec Konstanze Vernon \u00e0 la <span data-measureme=\"1\"><span class=\"null\"> Ballett-Akademie an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik and Theater M\u00fcnchen<\/span><\/span>. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 finaliste du Prix de Lausanne en 1980 et, en 1982, elle a gagn\u00e9 la m\u00e9daille d\u2019or au Concours International de Ballet de Jackson. La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, elle a rejoint le Ballet de Hambourg \u2013 \u00a0John Neumeier o\u00f9 elle a eu l\u2019occasion de de danser dans de nombreux ballets chor\u00e9graphi\u00e9s par John Neumeier. En 1997, elle est nomm\u00e9e Ma\u00eetresse de ballet et professeur au Georgia Ballet (USA) puis, en 2004, Directrice artistique.
