The Prix de Lausanne needs you! Make your old ballet shoes take part in a special Prix de Lausanne exhibition! The Prix de Lausanne is collecting old ballet shoes (soft and pointe shoes) for a special exhibition that will take place in Lausanne from January 12th to 31st, 2009: artists will create art works made of ballet shoes. The Prix de Lausanne is therefore looking for as many pairs as possible. Your gift is precious. Taking part in this exhibition is a way of promoting ballet and possibly winning tickets to attend the 2009 competition. The Prix de Lausanne will draw at random 10 pairs of shoes and offer to their owners two tickets for the finals of the Prix de Lausanne (February 1st) and nine pairs of tickets for the selection day (January 31st). If you wish to take part in this random selection, please put a paper with your name and address in your shoes. If you are a Prix de Lausanne prize-winner, please feel free to sign your shoes.
